We have identified some specific needs for active searches.

 JD-002 Susan Cox (Powell): We need a specific professional underwater metal detector at about $1600. We would like to have some dive capability to be able to work underwater longer than one can using snorkels. We also need sifting equipment, and would like to have access to cadaver dogs during the sifting. Travel money is needed too. A lot of little things amount to big. The price for bringing Susan Home is… PRICELESS!

JD-008 Michelle Parker: It is suspected Michelle is in a deep water grave. In addition to dive equipment and that underwater metal detector, side scanning sonar could prove particularly useful.
